Founded in 1971, LAB Corporation was determined to meet the needs of Technical Training facilities in the emerging computer driven industries. The founder had a background in computer maintenance and was instrumental in developing some of the first electro-mechanical programs in the United States.

Dale Kirchner joined LAB Corporation in 1974 with a background in mechanical design and power distribution engineering. He also brought more than nine years of industry experience in training sales engineers and other professional sales personnel.

Kirchner served as Vice President from 1974 until 2000 when he took over the company and became President. At that time the company name was officially changed to Lab Midwest, Corporation. The name more closely represents the geographical territory in which the company operates.

Paul Holslin joined the company in 1986 and serves as a Technical Representative in the states of Minnesota, North and South Dakota as well as northern Wisconsin. Customers relate that Holslin is so knowledgeable in technology that he understands the future needs to help develop technically competent people.

Our design of programs is a six-step approach. For more than 35 years it has served our customers well and we know it will continue to serve for the next generations.
